They arrived a little earlier than expected, and the two guys were great. A few of the items could be donated and they were going to make an effort to do that. The two guys were careful to haul things out and explained charges upfront, so there were no surprises at the end. Good experience overall

I am much relieved to be rid of stuff I had no place to store. It was cool to see these two friendly souls pick up and haul away items that I had no ability to lift. These guys made it look easy. Sorry I don’t remember their names that’s what happens when you get old.

This company was timely, professional, conscientious and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for more. The pick-up pros that came to my home explained their pricing and what sets them apart from other junk haulers in the area. They don’t deposit to landfills and work to recycle as much of the materials as possible. It sounds like they probably donate furniture and household items in reasonable shape. They indicated they are a green company. All this plus their prompt and reliable service equal 5 Stars in my book. They may be slightly more than other cos, but if they are doing something ”for” and not “against” the environment the minimal cost difference is well used. I am so glad I discovered Junk Masters while I prepared for a home showing.

This is the second time that I have used Junk Masters. They did an excellent job both times. Not only do they do a great job of carefully loading the items, I am so impressed by their policies of donating any usable items and disposing of non-useable in an environmentally sound manner. The guys who pick up the items are always very pleasant, friendly and respectful. They will be my go to as long as they are in business.

We utilized Junk Masters to remove some damaged and aged furniture items that we could not find a home for and were very pleased with their service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and professional prior to our pick-up. I was able to schedule the pick-up within a few days and have them pick up from two locations, which prevented us from having to attempt to consolidate everything before their arrival. Ralph and Dan kept us informed of their arrival time on the pick-up day and were professional and quick in getting everything we needed out loaded up. They were sure to communicate fully about price, so there was no surprise at the end and we found the cost more than fair. Definitely recommend and will use again, if needed!

Great experience with junk masters. I had a couple yards of concrete demo to get rid of and received quotes from a few companies. One of the companies had me submit photos of the material to inform their quote, which while convenient and immediate, probably isn’t very accurate. Junk masters gave me a quote on site. They were able assess the quantity with more accuracy, and they quoted a price that beat the competitor (a national company called “LoadUp”) by 30%. They came back first thing in the morning to do the job, though I think they will often do it on the spot. The guys; Brandon, Shane, and Dan, were all very friendly and professional, and they did the work quickly. Many of the junk removal companies that show up on the first page of a google search are national companies presenting, somewhat, as local. Junk Masters IS local. If I need this service again, I will hire JM, and I recommend them.
