Junk Masters just spent two days at my new house clearing out a ton of yard debris and removing carpets and a bunch of other stuff for a major renovation project that we’re starting in our new home. Highest recommendations. They had a small issue when they broke something quite accidentally… And the owner showed up within an hour to take care of it personally. I hadn’t even called him. I was not even aware they contacted him and honestly, I wasn’t that concerned about it, but he showed up and took care of it without delay. I was very impressed by his response. The crew was fabulous to work with. I would have them back anytime. As a matter of fact, I’m planning a big spring cleanup in the yard and I will definitely use them.

I recently used Junk Masters to clean out a storage unit that I've had for way too long. The 2 person crew gave me an upfront estimate upon looking at the items to be removed (mostly furniture) and then, once I gave the okay, got right to work loading up their truck. They were able to fit everything in less space in the truck than originally estimated so they brought the price down to reflect that. From the time they called to let me know they were on the way to when they finished & finalized payment, it was right around 1 hour. This was my second time using Junk Masters (had also used them in 2021 to remove some furniture from my home). Both times, the workers have been friendly and they got the job done quick. Highly recommend!
