We had a hot tub for 17 years and it cracked. We didn’t know what to do so it sat for over 2 years taking up space. Then I googled and found JunkMasters. What a delightful service! I sent them the pictures of the tub and the dimensions. They gave a very reasonable quote and said they would send 2 guys to cut it up and haul it away. It was hard work and I’m so glad I didn’t have to do it myself. Now we have a beautiful new sitting area where one was a useless space. The guys had it done in about an hour! So great! Excellent and professional service from beginning to end. The estimating and scheduling process was efficient and accurate. We were preparing our house to sell and the stager had last minute things to remove from our list and add to our list and Caleb was quick to reply, flexible and understanding. I got quotes from three different companies for removal of a big pile of fallen limbs and yard debris. Junk Masters was slightly more than the cheapest option, but I hired them due to their employees being so awesome! The first company to come and give a free quote put a lot of pressure on me to act immediately, and when I said to the workers that I would need time to compare other prices, I then got a phone call from the manager who continued to push me and complain about how he had already lost money due to sending his guys out to my place. Junk Masters' employees showed up, gave a quote with no pressure, and were happy to come back a few days later to remove the pile. I can't remember their names, but they were AWESOME and super fast getting the job done! It was worth the extra bit of money because their customer service was top notch.

Excellent experience. They were responsive with communication, showed up on time, and took the time to talk with us on options for the project. Their crew worked their tails off in over 100 degree weather and had such great teamwork and rapport. We were clearing an entire house for a relative who died, and they went above and beyond, stopping to ask us if they found anything that we may have missed that may be important (papers, pictures, etc.). There were even wasp nests in the outdoor furniture and they took care of those, even though we wouldn't have expected them to. They were so thorough and even swept the garage floor when they were done. We had a miscommunication about the bid, and they resolved it quickly and thoroughly. Can't recommend them highly enough!

They’re a local alternative to 1-800-JUNK and will pick up just about anything, even yard stuff—they’ll even do things like remove fence posts and cut down a small tree.
