I got quotes from three different companies for removal of a big pile of fallen limbs and yard debris. Junk Masters was slightly more than the cheapest option, but I hired them due to their employees being so awesome! The first company to come and give a free quote put a lot of pressure on me to act immediately, and when I said to the workers that I would need time to compare other prices, I then got a phone call from the manager who continued to push me and complain about how he had already lost money due to sending his guys out to my place. Junk Masters' employees showed up, gave a quote with no pressure, and were happy to come back a few days later to remove the pile. I can't remember their names, but they were AWESOME and super fast getting the job done! It was worth the extra bit of money because their customer service was top notch.

Excellent experience. They were responsive with communication, showed up on time, and took the time to talk with us on options for the project. Their crew worked their tails off in over 100 degree weather and had such great teamwork and rapport. We were clearing an entire house for a relative who died, and they went above and beyond, stopping to ask us if they found anything that we may have missed that may be important (papers, pictures, etc.). There were even wasp nests in the outdoor furniture and they took care of those, even though we wouldn't have expected them to. They were so thorough and even swept the garage floor when they were done. We had a miscommunication about the bid, and they resolved it quickly and thoroughly. Can't recommend them highly enough!

They’re a local alternative to 1-800-JUNK and will pick up just about anything, even yard stuff—they’ll even do things like remove fence posts and cut down a small tree. I had a great experience start to finish with Junk Masters when I needed a short notice same day service! I was given a basic verbal quote when I called, given a 2 hour window when they could send someone out (only 2 hours after I called) & was told I'd be given a free no obligation quote & if I agreed the service would be done right then & there. The team of 2 were very friendly, quick, and the cost was very reasonable. They gave me accurate pricing quotes before beginning the service & allowed me to add additional items throughout the service to be tossed while keeping me updated with the additional charges as I added things. Will highly recommend Junk Masters to anyone & would use them again if I need this service in the future as well.

Blake did a great job moving all that rock to our backyard. He laid down heavy mats so our lawn still looks perfect. Start to finish was two hours. That would have taken us a week with a wheelbarrow, not to mention the sore muscles. VERY happy with the result!

Amazing service the guys were so incredibly kind especially with the gross wood thing out on my porch Idk how they do it! I will say it is pricey so try and do it all at once so you can fill the truck. I probably will have to find a cheaper way to move my last few things too bad they don't have discount the second time or something!
