This company was timely, professional, conscientious and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for more. The pick-up pros that came to my home explained their pricing and what sets them apart from other junk haulers in the area. They don’t deposit to landfills and work to recycle as much of the materials as possible. It sounds like they probably donate furniture and household items in reasonable shape. They indicated they are a green company. All this plus their prompt and reliable service equal 5 Stars in my book. They may be slightly more than other cos, but if they are doing something ”for” and not “against” the environment the minimal cost difference is well used. I am so glad I discovered Junk Masters while I prepared for a home showing.

This is the second time that I have used Junk Masters. They did an excellent job both times. Not only do they do a great job of carefully loading the items, I am so impressed by their policies of donating any usable items and disposing of non-useable in an environmentally sound manner. We utilized Junk Masters to remove some damaged and aged furniture items that we could not find a home for and were very pleased with their service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and professional prior to our pick-up. I was able to schedule the pick-up within a few days and have them pick up from two locations, which prevented us from having to attempt to consolidate everything before their arrival. Ralph and Dan kept us informed of their arrival time on the pick-up day and were professional and quick in getting everything we needed out loaded up. They were sure to communicate fully about price, so there was no surprise at the end and we found the cost more than fair. Definitely recommend and will use again, if needed!

Junk Masters are so professional!!!On time,and very reasonably priced!!We had them remove a chain link fence and an old TV in 2023,I just had some items removed from our basement yesterday,and I will have them back in the spring if 2025 to do an attic clean out!

Guys were on time, personable and did a great job of hauling a heavy file cabinet down a flight of stairs. I also appreciate that Junk Masters does not use a landfil but instead uses another organization where certain items can be separated out to be donated.
