Guys were on time, personable and did a great job of hauling a heavy file cabinet down a flight of stairs. I also appreciate that Junk Masters does not use a landfil but instead uses another organization where certain items can be separated out to be donated.

This company was timely, professional, conscientious and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for more. The pick-up pros that came to my home explained their pricing and what sets them apart from other junk haulers in the area. They don’t deposit to landfills and work to recycle as much of the materials as possible. It sounds like they probably donate furniture and household items in reasonable shape. They indicated they are a green company. All this plus their prompt and reliable service equal 5 Stars in my book. They may be slightly more than other cos, but if they are doing something ”for” and not “against” the environment the minimal cost difference is well used. I am so glad I discovered Junk Masters while I prepared for a home showing.

And Junk Masters exceeded my expectations.I was contacted when the representative was en route with an accurate ETA.My worry in the past using these types of companies has been the quote process.Tyler V. walked me through the process item by item and explained how much and why I would be charged. The 2-man crew showed up on time and provided us with an estimate that was hundreds of dollars lower than the other company we checked with for a total cleanout of Mom's apartment. Will and Dillon were courteous, friendly and efficient. Three hours later, Mom's 1 bedroom apartment (on the second floor & only one working elevator) was empty. The crew had correctly estimated the cost, everything was gone and we didn't lift a finger. 🤸♀️ The guys said the items would be donated or recycled, with the landfill being a last resort. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend Junk Masters to anyone needing a total cleanout.

A friend recommended Junk Masters for getting rid of unwanted furniture. I liked that they partner with Bridging in Bloomington and deliver useable items there before disposing of the rest. At least some of what was picked up will be reused rather than just dumped in a landfill. Junk Masters provided prompt service. They were friendly, professional and efficient. We were very pleased with their service.

My wife and I are so happy with the terrific job Will and Tyler of Junk Masters removing two heavy bulky pieces of commercial office furniture from our basement.
